You can almost imagine the duelling knights whilst listening to this energetic and animated piece for intermediate string orchestra.  The melody in the opening section weaves itself between the instruments with a strong rhythmic pulse underneath. The middle section sees a change to G major and triple time with a more gentle and calming aura before the opening melody partially returns for a dramatic ending. A thrilling piece for students and audiences alike!
