You will be off and racing with this energetic work for advancing
string orchestras! Fast paced at the start with melodies moving
through the violins to violas and cellos and into different tonal
centres. There is a middle Maestoso section in C major with a calm
but majestic feel. The piece then accelerates back into the opening
material for an energetic ending! There are some challenging
sections but Galop is sure to become a favourite!
